In 2024, I collaborated with the Director of Operations and the General Manager at Impak Retail to enhance the Sustainability Guide, transforming it into a more effective resource for both internal and external teams. The previous format, a basic PowerPoint presentation that received annual updates without a cohesive structure, was reimagined into a polished InDesign document. This new version features an interactive table of contents that facilitates easy navigation.

Additionally, the updated guide includes refreshed imagery, a clean layout, and a logical arrangement of information, culminating in a successful redesign that our sales team was eager to present to clients. This initiative significantly elevated knowledge and awareness surrounding sustainability definitions, certifications, and trends, thereby contributing to our objectives of advancing sustainability practices within our client projects.
